Post-graduate Study

The essential element of success in any sphere is personnel training, and it is especially true for the sphere of intellectual property. Today there are few universities in Ukraine providing education in the sphere of IP. But the following education of a research worker takes place during a research process and a thesis work in particular.

According to the Decree of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 110 dated February 23rd, 2005 the Institute was granted the privilege to introduce a postgraduate advanced degree course based on a sub-specialization academic code 12.00.03 - (civil law and civil procedure; the family law; the international private law). This step has brought the Institute to leading positions in training of research staff in IP sphere. There is no doubt that our postgraduate students are the future scientific elite who tends to multiply and increase research school of intellectual property law in Ukraine.

Our Institute offers the following forms of post-graduate education:

• full-time, budgetary financing;
• part-time, free basis for the workers of the state research and higher educational institutions based on state ownership, officials of public authorities;
• part-time, financing by the legal entity or by an individual.
